The Quality Tourism Framework (QTF)

The QTF certifies tourism businesses that meet specific quality assurance criteria, ensuring they are committed to exceeding consumer expectations with great customer service and the highest standards of business practice. A QTF accredited business undertakes regular onsite audits to ensure compliance.

What is ECO Certification?

The ECO Certification program assures travellers that certified products are backed by a strong, well managed commitment to sustainable practices and provides high quality nature-based tourism experiences.

The ECO Certification Program is a world first and it has been developed to address the need to identify genuine nature and ecotourism operators.

Tourism in a natural area that focuses on optimal resources use, leaves minimal impact on the environment and offers interesting ways to learn about the environment with operators that use resources wisely, contribute to conserving the environment and help local communities

Carbon Neutral

Since 2016 we are a partner in climate action with Carbon Neutral (Australia's largest biodiverse reforestation offset developer) and so far contributed the establishment of 378 native trees and shrubs in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor which joins Kalbarri National Park.

Western Australian Tourism Awards

In 2019 we received  BRONZE in the Adventure Tourism Category at the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards.

We have been Finalists in the Adventure Tourism Category since 2012.

The Western Australian Tourism Awards recognise and reward excellence in the Western Australian Tourism Industry.

The Western Australian Tourism Awards acknowledges achievement, encourages better business practices and recognises the most outstanding tourism experiences in Western Australia with a passion and commitment to excellence and innovation.
